Effects of Smoking on Optical Health

The entire body gets affected due to smoking on Optical Health . Eyes are also susceptible to the same. Usually what we are told is that the lungs get affected but that is not the whole truth. The eye doctors can vouch that it affects the eyes as well in various harmful ways.

A Serious Risk for Age – Related Eye Conditions

There have been numerous studies which show that there are various conditions which arise due to smoking despite using blue light protection glasses in Mauritius while working or using the digital screens. Cataracts, glaucoma, age – related macular degeneration (AMD) are common for smokers. In comparison to these, minor conditions like dry eyes seem very petty.
